30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Whether the product didn't meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, we want to make it right.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from getgn.shop.

  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • For safety reasons: Opened dietary supplements must have at least 50% of the contents remaining to qualify for a "satisfaction" refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at customersupport@getgn.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Review: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

  3. Ship: Pack the item securely. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately so we can send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note that digital gift cards and "Final Sale" items are non-refundable.
